We sell and support the finest laundry machinery in the industry, the manufacturers of which back their products with appropriate warranties.
If you have any questions about the warranty status of any piece of equipment in your facility, please feel free to ask us.
We will send you a replacement part and ask you to return the failed part. If after (30) days, we have not received the old part, we will bill you then for the value of the part we sent you.
After we receive the returned part, we reserve the right to send it to the manufacturer to determine the cause of the failure and judge the whether their warranty covers the part.
